Guests residing at Casa Del Mar will have the privilege of enjoying warm turquoise waters far from the crowds of tourists and overly commercial developments in an authentic, friendly and relaxing Bahamian style.
Each Villa with total area from 3500 to 3800 sq.ft. (325-350 sq.m.) has two naturally separated wings so all guests may enjoy privacy and space, including extended families and large groups of friends.
The first floor of each wing contains 2 bedrooms (master and guest) each with bathroom en suite and direct access to the pool and courtyard along with an additional family room with foldable sofas, which can be converted to an extra 3rd bedroom.(Villa II has initially separate bedroom in East wing).
Master suite has a king bed, guest suite has a queen bed (Villa II has twin beds in East wing’s guest bedroom) and the extra 3rd bedroom has a queen sized fold out sleeper sofa.
The 2nd floor of each wing consists of a complete modern Siematic kitchen, half bath and an expansive dining, living and entertainment room with an 240 sf covered outdoor terrace overlooking the ocean.
Outside, the Villa wings are connected by a fully private courtyard with pool and garden, as well as a lounge and an outdoor kitchen with BBQ area. Private beach access is just a few steps away.
The Villa is quite comfortable for up to 10 adults and 2 children of any age.
Sitting right in front of the beach with a unique ocean view, the one-story Beach House with total area 1750 sq.ft. (163 sq.m.) has 2 bedrooms (master and guest) and living room, which can be easily converted into 3RD bedroom.
Each bedroom as well as living room/3RD bedroom has bathroom en suite and direct access to a lounge area.
The Siematic kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and a complete houseware package.
Beach House is quite comfortable for up to 6 people or can be joined to one or both Villas for a larger group of up to 24-30 people.

The islands are popular for boating and for general tourist attractions. Golf, bone fishing, reef and deep sea fishing, kayaking, paddle board tours, wave runner adventure, snorkeling and kite surfing as well as variety of great local restaurants are all available to enjoy. There are several airstrips through the islands with the main one being located at Moss Town on the island of Great Exuma.

George Town, the capital of the Exumas, is located 130 miles south-east of Nassau. It is also located on the island of Great Exuma which is the most developed part of the islands chain.
