“We traveled to Exuma in April’15 and stayed at a wonderful Villa called Casa del Mar. The Villa is just a few minutes from the Exuma airport but it is located on a beautiful beach with almost no one else around. It’s a very quiet, peaceful and relaxing area as is the island as a whole, yet there was also a lot do. The boating was fantastic, there are endless beaches to explore, snorkeling, fishing, jet ski’s and there is even a Greg Norman golf course and a Spa just 15 minutes away. We also took a trip to the Exuma Cays which was unbelievable. Incredible waters and nature. Swimming pigs and being in the water with tame nurse sharks were the highlights. Everyone we met in Exuma were very friendly and helpful unlike some other islands we have been to. The Villa itself is all you can ask for. Brand new, striking architecture and well appointed inside. Very nice ocean views from the second floor with the bedrooms on the first floor all leading to a completely enclosed, private courtyard containing the pool and an outdoor kitchen which we used frequently. We spent a lot of time in and around the house when we were not on the beach or out on an activity and even with a large family group of 4 adults and 6 children there was still enough space and privacy for all of us. We look forward to coming back next year.”
